该奖按照“公开征集/调查评估/权威评审/结果发布”的流程，以“公平、公开、公正、专业、透明”为原则，邀请ESG领域的权威专家担任评委，组成评审委员会，共同制定评选标准，对申报材料进行审核，从有效性、可复制性、创新性、社会影响力等维度进行综合评估，采用背对背评审方式，评选出七大奖项。
